Industry-Leading Estate Planning Legal Education Requirements

The American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys has some of the most stringent estate planning legal education requirements in the industry.

Academy Members must complete at least 36 annual CLE credit hours in the fields of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, or Trust Administration.

Not only do we require CLE to deepen your professional knowledge, but we also expect that Academy Members will take advantage of the wealth of other resources available. These resources go beyond just the technicalities of the profession and focus on providing clients with actionable advice; marketing and growing your practice, and building a business that can stand the test of time.
